A few years back Michael introduced a range of bean based (vegetarian) products on the market under the new brand BOON. Within a few very successful years the BOON products are sold in almost every Dutch supermarket. Michael and his team work hard to keep introducing new exciting products.
Firma Vier assists BOON with the development of two new meat successors. A super exciting project where my involvement stretches out from the first ideas until scaling up industrially at production partners.
